Breathe and Observe: The Art of Doing Nothing

When was the last time you saw time?

We burst our eyes open. Put on our blinders perfectly. And we run.

We run like the deer whose life is at stake at the mercy of the Cheetah behind her. We run like the little fish who swims in distress trying to get away from Shark beneath her.

Ironically, these, so-called ‘Animals’, after they are done, they at least stop. Rest. And Breathe.

And we, the supposedly ‘Smarter’ Animal, We don’t.

When was the last time you paused, took a deep breath, and watched the second-hand ticking?

Not doing anything. Not thinking anything. Not planning anything.

Just being pure observing. And doing nothing.

Trust me, it is way harder than the softer this sounds.

Go on, Try it, right now.

Because tomorrow never comes, and the time never runs.

The time is smart, it simply drifts. Be like time 🙂

And feel free to pen your thoughts, amigo 🙂
